TERMS OF SERVICE

Welcome to Bauer Leadership Consulting Group, LLC ("BLCG," "we," "our," or "us"), including our DBA brands Advantage Alliances and The Time Gambit Book. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our executive coaching services, peer advisory groups, workshops, digital content, websites, communications, and SMS/text messaging services provided by Bauer Leadership Consulting Group, LLC and its DBA brands.

By accessing or using any of our services, websites, programs, products, or communications, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Services Provided

BLCG provides executive coaching, leadership consulting, peer advisory group facilitation, workshops, assessments, and related resources, which may include:

• One-to-one coaching

• Peer advisory group sessions

• Workshops and assessments

• Digital tools and resources

2. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information

• Participate actively and in good faith

• Take responsibility for your own decisions and actions

• Respect the confidentiality of other participants in group settings

3. No Guarantees

While BLCG offers ROI-oriented frameworks, results are not guaranteed and depend on client participation, execution, and external factors beyond our control.

4. Confidentiality

a. Individual Coaching

All coaching conversations are treated as confidential, subject to legal exceptions.

b. Group Settings

Participants agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding other members’ shared information. BLCG is not responsible for breaches by participants.

5. Payment Terms

• Fees are billed monthly on the first day of the month unless otherwise agreed

• Minimum commitment periods may apply (typically 6 months for 1:1 coaching, 12 months for peer advisory groups)

• Payments are non-refundable unless explicitly stated

• Late or failed payments may result in suspension of services

6. Cancellation and Rescheduling

• Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice

• Missed sessions without notice may be forfeited

• Ongoing services may be terminated with written notice per agreement terms

7. SMS/Text Messaging Terms (A2P / 10DLC Compliance)

By providing your phone number and submitting an explicit opt-in through a web form, written agreement, or other documented method, you consent to receive SMS/text messages from BLCG, Advantage Alliances, and The Time Gambit Book related to:

• Appointment reminders

• Coaching updates

• Service notifications

• Leadership development resources

• Educational content and business insights

• Event invitations and webinar announcements

• Program updates and enrollment information

• Promotional offers and special opportunities related to our services and programs

Message Frequency: Varies based on your engagement.

Message & Data Rates: Standard carrier message and data rates may apply.

Opt-Out: Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe.

Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchase.

Carrier Liability Disclaimer

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Required Carrier Disclosure

BLCG does not sell, rent, share, or disclose your phone number, SMS consent, or personal information to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Information may be shared only with service providers necessary to operate our business (such as CRM platforms, payment processors, scheduling software, and communication providers) and strictly for operational purposes.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BLCG from any claims arising from your use of services or violation of these Terms.

11. Age Requirement

Our services, websites, programs, and SMS communications are intended for individuals who are at least eighteen (18) years of age. By using our services, submitting forms, or opting in to receive communications, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under the age of 18. If we become aware that information has been collected from a person under 18, we reserve the right to delete such information and terminate any related services or communications.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alabama.

13. Dispute Resolution

Disputes shall first be attempted through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in Alabama.

14. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of changes.
